We can assist you with the process from start to finish , safe in the knowledge that our customers are happy with the final design and quality of their dresses. It is important to get measurements correct when ordering a custom made dress. We will support you with your order to ensure you are happy however please note that custom made dresses will have a shorter refund period, we recommend ordering one dress to begin with and when you are confident with measuring your bridesmaids we can then place the order for the remainder. It can take 2-3 weeks to make and deliver your custom made dress. You can select any style and length from the images shown and there is a swatch of different colours for you to choose from!

How fast is shipping?

We will dispatch your order within 2-3 business days of placing your order. Shipping times vary depending on your location in the world, but you can expect to receive your order within 10 days maximum.

Do you ship globally?

Yes we do! We use global couriers and postal services who operate independently from Satin and Sox.

Shipping rates may vary depending on your location, and are calculated at check out. Please note that shipping and postal fees are non refundable.

Can I amend my order?

What is your exchange/refund policy?

• Returns must be in brand new condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the order delivery date.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
